The Chinese qualifier for MSI Beat it! is going to playoffs, which are scheduled for tomorrow starting at 19:30 with the first semi-final. Group A was played out yesterday, where Nface finished in first place after two one-sided matches against Get Moving and Now1n. H5 Gaming eventually took the second spot after getting their revenge against Now1n. Group B was scheduled for today with TyLoo as the obvious favourites, although they were not able to get past EMT, who won in overtime in the match for first place. In the end, TyLoo did proceed to the playoffs as second after defeating H.RcgM 16-10 on de_nuke_se.
The playoff matches will be played tomorrow in a best of three manner, following this schedule:
Two spots for the MSI Beat it! 2013 event in Beijing will be handed to the finalists, which also comes with $2,000 in travel support, while $2,750 prizemoney will be divided as follows:
